Waitlist : Please note that we operate at 100% capacity in our centers at all times so we only have spaces when families leave our care.  Open spaces are filled with current children who need to “move up” to the next age group prior to contacting families from our waitlist. After this, we fill spaces from our waitlist based on the age range we need to replace.  Our waitlist has all our centers, age ranges, and start date preferences mixed together so we are not able to give you an accurate idea of how many families are ahead of you or give you a time frame for when you will receive care.  Families are primarily contacted through email so it is important that you regularly check your junk mail.   

Infant

  • $217.50/month (6 weeks to 18 months): Stonebridge and Willowgrove

Toddler

  • $217.50/month (18 to 30 months): Preston, Stonebridge, and Willowgrove, & Fairhaven

Preschool/ Kindergarten

  • $217.50/month: Preston, Stonebridge and Willowgrove, Fairhaven & Holliston for children under the age of 6 years

  • $715.00/month for children ages 6+ attending Kindergarten @ Fairhaven

  • $785.00/month for children ages 6+ attending Kindergarten @ Preston, Holliston, Stonebridge & Willowgrove

School Age (6+)

  • $535/month (September to June)

School Age Summer (6+)

  • $640/month (July to August)

Before & After School Care

  • $6.30/hour per child & $30.00/child/year registration: Holy Family School, Holliston, and Chief Whitecap School

  • Minimum charge of $ 50.00 every 2 weeks

How to Apply for the Waiting List

Considerations for Waitlist Applicants

1. Your application will be reviewed in the order it was received via our website. Applications are automatically time-stamped as they are submitted.

2. Applications will then be reviewed according to the following criteria:

  • Movement within the organization is prioritized (ex. moving toddlers to preschool rooms as they age).

  • Siblings of children already enrolled are prioritized.

  • Residents of the Stonebridge area are prioritized for the Stonebridge (840 Gordon Rd) site.

  • Children attending or planning on attending Holliston School are prioritized for the Holliston (1511 Louise Ave) site.

  • The waitlist is updated twice a year. Families will be contacted regularly via the email provided and must respond as per the given timeline if they wish to remain on the list.

  • Preschool spots (ages 30 month through kindergarten) are extremely limited.

  • Families do not need to enter a new application when updating addresses, location preferences, etc. Instead, email office@prestonearlylearning.ca with updates.

3. For licensing purposes, we can only register a certain number of children in each age group for each site.

4. If you have more than one child you would like to enroll, it will require TWO application forms so on the 1st application please make a note that you have another child to enroll.
